Warranty

All of our products come with a 12 month, 12 thousand mile warranty.  Each compressor is shipped with basic installation and warranty guidelines, as well as notification as to whether the compressor contains oil or not.  Conditions for A/C compressor warranty are that the accumulator / receiver drier be replaced, orifice tube be replaced or expansion valve be inspected (replaced if necessary), and that the A/C system be clean.  Correct amount and type of refrigerant and oil must be used.

For all other parts, the manufacturer’s warranty and the conditions of the warranty stand.

Warranty requirements are usually pretty simple, and are set so a good part isn’t ruined by improper replacement.  For example, a fuel strainer should be replaced when a fuel pump is replaced.  Failure to do so can cause the new fuel pump to fail due to dirt or debris.  An oil filter should be replaced when the oil is changed.
